New Art added to forum

Alright guys I added a new image at the bottom of a ranger with cookies. And I gave us a new banner.

Both are only temporary till I find better art from our users or elsewhere to use, I was just getting tired of having "Clan-Godlike" with a character from counterstrike as our banner. I thought it was time for something a little more personalized. Sorry, I made the art with paint (Photo shop confuses me too much).

Also the added 3 games to the banner are also just for looks for now. I know that Gnomes expressed interest in leading a MW2 branch and OWS expressed interest in leading a Bioshock branch. I also would like to lead a DCU branch when the game comes out. So I thought it would be appropriate to add the other games so it didn't look so empty.
