Got this one from a cook book, but had to make some alterations since we couldn't find frozen breads anywhere in the Redmond WA area
We got 1 pizza dough or frozen bread(the raw ones you can roll out)
like 1 lb of shredded swiss
1/2 of shredded parm
some grated parm
1/4 lb of sliced salami
1/4 lb of sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb of sliced pastromi
dijon mustard
1 egg
Ok I gave measurments, but really, how much of all the cheeses and meats is up to you, and how much pizza dough you were able to obtain.
so roll our your dough/bread. Spread a layer of the dijon mustard on it. Then sprinkle the grated parm on the dough/bread, but leave 1inch of a rim around with no cheese/mustard/anything. Then chop up the meats into little peices and sprinkle those ontop of the cheese. Then sprinkle in the swiss and grated parm.
Open your egg in separate bowl, mix it up, and then with a brush, brush ont he egg to the sides with not cheese/mustard/meat on it (that 1 inch rim)
Roll up the stromboli, making sure the rim and squeezed together sealing the edges. If you used pizza dough. put remaining egg ontop of the strombolif or an egg wash.
THen bake it to the directions of the bread/dough you got. usually like 375-400 for 12-15 min
