Asian veggie sidedish!
Bok Choy
you'll need
-baby bok choy, about 6 medium sized ones. You can cut them in halves, quarters, or pull off the leaves.
-1 small clove of galic -minced
-pepper, chicken boullion, soysauce
-oil
in pan with lid put in about 1 table spoon oil, and minced garlic - heat at medium. Heat up the garlic just alittle(30seconds) then throw in chopped bokchoy. sprinkle chicken boullion and pepper ontop. Add about 2 table spoons water and drizzle some soysauce over it. Stir, cover, let steam until soft.
