| What you'll need:
Average size box of spahetti x1 1lb tube of sausage x1 (or x2 if you like really meaty sauce) 2 jars of tomato sauce Olive Oil Red Pepper Flakes Thyme Bay Leaf Fresh Garlic Clove Rosemary Fennel Sweet Basil Oregano Onion Powder (Or onions) Black Pepper Salt
1. Bring pot of water to boil, add a table spoon of olive oil to keep pasta from sticking. Add a teaspoon of salt for flavor. Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes (Or just consult the box). 2. While boiling water, heat a skillet to Medium-Medium High with enough oil to lube the pan. 3. Cook sausage till the pink is gone and drain some of the grease. 4. Mince two cloves of garlic and add to pan. 5. Sprinkle in the following spices in no particular order:
1Tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Leave out if you don't like spicy food) 2Tsp Thyme 2 Bay leafs (remove from sauce before serving) 1Tsp Rosemary 1Tsp Oregano 2Tsp Fennel 2Tsp Onion powder (Or half a cup of minced onion) 1Tsp Black Pepper
6. Saute the sausage till fully cooked. 7. Start cooking the tomato sauce in another pot with 2Tsp of Garlic on Medium. 8. Add the following, along with the sausage mixture:
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (Add or limit depending on how hot you want it to be) 1 Tbsp Thyme 1 Bay Leaf 2 Tbsp Sweet Basil 1 Tbsp Rosemary 1 Tbsp Oregano 1 Tbsp Onion Powder (If you added onions with sausage, don't add any more) 2 Tsp Black Pepper
9. Heat until hot. 10. Drain pasta, and serve the sauce over it. Now it's time to mangiare!

When you grow up with an Italian family that eats Italian food 2-3 times a week on average, then work as a cook at an Italian restaurant for a year and a half, you kind have it programmed into your brain =P. I'll have to post my recipe for blackened chicken alfredo later haha.

| Lol it was cake grabber, you become a squire after 10 posts though. And when I put the post system into effect you already had 9 posts I think.
Lol it's definitely helped EKha, but I end up dating a lot of girls that don't know how to cook. They like to get this fantasy in their head that if they get a husband that can cook they won't have to...lmao yeah, not even haha.

| Haha yeah you commented in the chat. And don't cut any corners on the recipe. If you forget any one of those spices (except for maybe red pepper) it's just not as good. | |

I would have to agree, but some people don't like their food really spicy =P. Red pepper is great on pizza and in alfredo =).

| Being of Italian heritage myself, I know all about awesome spaghetti. My Polish/Italian grandmother made the best spaghetti. She lived with us, so Italian food was often eaten in our house. I may have to try your recipe! I haven't had a great plate of spaghetti in ages. I'm glad your recipe has sausage in it. Much, much better than just plain ol' hamburger meat. | |

| Lol I dunno what red pepper you're talking about bb. There's only two kinds of red pepper, crushed red pepper and red chili peppers lol. I suppose you can get red bell peppers and a few other kinds too....but they're all hot lmao. Pepper in general is supposed to be spicy silly =P, it is a spice after all lol. | |
