This is the recipe I use for pizza dough:
1 Cup Warm Water
3 Tbsp Whole Milk
3 Cups Flour (I use Bread Flour, but All-Purpose is fine)
3 Tbsp Cornmeal
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Packet of Active Dry Yeast
Mix ingredients, knead for however long you need to mix everything properly (or throw it into a machine to knead it for you) and let it rise in a greased bowl covered in plastic for about an hour or so. Once it's risen, take it out, shape it into a pie, put what you need to on it and throw it into an over pre-heated to 400-500 degrees and it should be ready in about 12 minutes.
Still working out some of the kinks in my recipe, but this has worked pretty well for me so far. I'll post if I manage to find a recipe I like better. This is for a NY-style pizza. If you want something else, I can't help you... ^^;;
