I got this recipe years ago from my wife's grandmother's old cook book. It has now become of favorite of the entire family and I am required to make them every Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have made these for a pot luck at work and even made some for my class (had to give a demonstrative speech, so I made them in class!)

1. Boil 6 eggs (I won't waste time telling you how to do this, if you don't know, google it!)

2. Peel eggs and slice them in half, longways

3. Remove the yolk from all of the egg halves

4. Combine the yolks with the following ingredients and mix thoroughly:

- 1.5 tsp vinegar
- .5 tsp dry mustard powder
- .5 tsp of worschester sauce
- 3 Tbsp mayo
- .25 tsp salt
- dash of pepper

5. After mixing into a paste, put your concoction back into the egg whites

6. Sprinkle with paprika. Don't skip this step! Paprika is important.

There you have it! Awesome deviled eggs!

Never heard of them? Really? Man, you've been missing out your whole life. I'd whip you up a batch if it weren't for the cost and logistical problems.

What???? You've never had deviled eggs bb????? That is so wrong lol. I love the filling =) lol. I'll have to try your recipe though Zane. Usually what I do is I mix the yokes with about a tbsp of mustard and a tbsp of mayo per half egg and mix it up. Then paprika on top. Never tried adding vinegar or worschester sauce.

Yeah, a lot of people half-ass it like you do (no offense Laughing ). Mine have a little bit of a kick (due to the vinegar and worschester). A lot of people like to add relish to theirs, but I cannot stand relish or pickles.
